1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Electro Vibe Creative LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Electro Vibe Creative LLC regarding your use of our energy consulting and creative services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

Our services are intended for professional use only. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our consulting tools, reports, and digital assets strictly for the purposes agreed upon in your specific service engagement.

Any unauthorized use of our proprietary methodologies, data visualizations, or energy assessment frameworks is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of services.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate data for energy assessments. Electro Vibe Creative LLC is not liable for outcomes based on incomplete or inaccurate data provided by the client. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during our consulting engagements.

4. Payments & Billing

Invoices are issued according to the schedule outlined in your individual Service Agreement. Payments are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments may be subject to a financing charge of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are resolved.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, and analytical frameworks developed by Electro Vibe Creative LLC, remain the sole intellectual property of the Company. Upon full payment of all fees, the client is granted a perpetual license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electro Vibe Creative LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
